Special Dairy Ingredients (halal by MUI)
1. Special Whey Protein Isolate or Concentrate
A functional whey protein isolate (90%) or concentrate (80%) for protein fortification of clinical nutrition products as well as sports foods. It has a high heat stability and is clear in solution, which makes it especially suited for pasteurized or UHT liquid products, even stable for low pH.
2. Whey Protein with High Content of Alpha-Lactalbumin
High-nutritious native whey protein concentrate with a high content of α-lactalbumin obtained by careful fractionation. The high α-lactalbumin content makes it ideally suited as a protein source in infant formula.
3. Whey protein with Milk Fat Globular Membrane (MFGM)
Whey protein concentrate with high concentration of bioactive proteins and lipids, such as IgG, alpha-lactalbumin, CGMP, lactoferrin, sialic acid, sphingomyelin, phospholipids, and gangliosides. It has a high nutritional value, and is applicable in infant and clinical nutrition.
4. Micronized Milk Minerals (Capolac)
Natural milk minerals concentrate for calcium fortification of beverages, dairy products, cereals, bars and biscuits.
5. Milk Protein Isolate or Concentrate
A whole milk concentrated protein which consist of casein and whey protein.
6. Milk Protein Concentrate Rich in Phospholipids
It’s a good source of phosphatidyl-serine, phosphatidyl-choline, and sphingolipids including sphingomyelin, ceramides and gangliosides. The product is highly suitable as an ingredient for nutraceutical drink formulations.
7. Milk Protein with High Content of Casein Phospo Peptides (CPP)
A spray-dried peptide powder, manufactured through a carefully controlled enzymatic hydrolysis process followed by debittering and concentration. It contains high amounts of casein phospho peptides, known to enhance the solubility of calcium minerals and other trace elements (Zn, Fe), thereby enhancing the uptake in the digestive tract.
8. Milk Protein with high content of Caseino Glyco Macro Peptides & Sialic Acid (CGMP)
A very high content of caseino glyco macro peptides (CGMP) obtained by ultrafiltration and fractionation. The component is a bioactive milk fraction and is also useful for nutrition to phenylketoneurics.
9. Osteopontin (OPN)
The high concentration of OPN in breast milk suggest a role of OPN in regulating immunity. Involved in many pathological and physiological processes, such as angiogenesis, apoptosis, inflammatory processes, cell adhesion and migration, wound healing and bone turnover. Adding OPN to infant formulas is important for infants during immune development
